This year, MBA means Masters of Beer Appreciation

We’re really excited about every one of our exhibitors taking part in our festivals, Calgary International Beerfest and Edmonton Craft Beer Festival this year, but we may be a little more excited for one area in particular. This year, we’re presenting something new: ATB Financial Beer University!

From grains to glass, as we like to say, you’ll learn exactly where beer comes from, presented by the people who are helping to make the ingredients. You’ll be prepped by student advisors, CAMRA Alberta, get your nose in the glass with taste tests from Olds College Brewery. You’ll be able to pair beers with Alberta beef from Montana’s, and learn what glassware is right for you, from the folks at Better Beer.

On top of all that, your newfound knowledge will be put to the test! Get your MBA (Masters of Beer Appreciation) on site by taking  the quiz at the end of your semester.

These are just SOME of the highlight from ATB Financial Beer University, to truly experience it all, you’ll have to come see it for yourself at Calgary International Beerfest AND Edmonton Craft Beer Festival
