CODE OF CONDUCT
Alberta Beer Festivals is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all individuals involved in our events, including volunteers, staff, attendees, vendors, and others. We strive for a harassment-free and inclusive atmosphere and encourage everyone to promptly report any interactions that cause discomfort or violate this standard.
All Alberta Beer Festival events are no-minor events, and all participants are required to provide valid photo ID. As a tasting event that offers alcoholic beverages, we emphasize responsible drinking among all participants. Outside food and drink are prohibited – we’ve got you covered. Drink smart, ensure a safe trip back, and have a great night!
For outdoor events, the festival may need to be temporarily paused, evacuated, or cancelled due to adverse weather or extreme conditions, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Additionally, the lineup, schedule, and set times are subject to change. We kindly request that all attendees comply with the instructions provided by festival staff, security, and local law enforcement to guarantee a safe and orderly evacuation.
Alberta Beer Festival’s website employs Google AdWords remarketing and Social Media marketing services to promote our event on various third-party platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your information and data. We do not engage in selling or sharing your data with any third parties or their affiliates. Additionally, you have the option to manage your advertising preferences through the Google Ad Preferences page, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising by adjusting your cookie settings.
Our ticket policy emphasizes that all ticket purchases are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we offer the flexibility to transfer your tickets to another individual. If you cannot attend the event, you can give your ticket to a friend or family member, allowing someone else to enjoy the event in your place. Tickets to our festivals are fully transferable and do not require a name change.
