Your Beerfest mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to have the best time ever at Canada’s Largest Beer Festival – the Calgary International Beerfest! In order to achieve this goal, you must review the following 5 important mission objectives to make the most of your experience at the BMO Centre at Stampede on May 2 & 3, 2025. #2 – How to Get Your Team In Fastest – Here’s the ‘cheat code’ that will get you in fastest…
Step 1 – Enter through the Main BMO North West Entrance next to Victoria Park LRT Station
Step 2 – VIPs go RIGHT and GAs go LEFT – know what type of ticket you have!
Step 3 – Have your ID Out and ready – those 15 seconds you take getting out your ID adds up when it’s thousands of people
Step 4 – You’ll be split again between Packages (VIP and GA) and Tickets Only (VIP and GA) again – know what type of ticket you have by reading at the top
#3 – Plan Your Target – What do you and your team hope to accomplish on your mission? In addition to the over 200 breweries, distilleries, cideries, meaderies and RTD (ready-to-drink beverages) you can sample at the festival, you’ll also be able to taste delicious food from over 30 fantastic local pubs, restaurants, and eateries. Yummy is spelled B-E-E-R-F-E-S-T!
#4 – Unlock Your VIP Experience – We’ve made a bunch of moves to make the VIP Beerfest experience even better. We have improved the VIP lounge, including adding VIP washroom capacity. VIP attendees will also be able to utilize an improved VIP entrance for faster, easier entry thru the Palomino Room. Lastly, we’ve made the Cooking with Beer and Crafted Sessions Seminars only available to VIPs – enhancing your exclusive Beerfest experience!
#5 – Keep the Party Going – This year’s After-Party is bigger and better and promises to keep the fun going well into the night. Get ready to immerse yourself in the ultimate experience of top-notch beverages from Cold Garden Beverage Co. & ByHendo, electrifying vibes, and of course, the beats provided by Raise Your State, White Light, Imanbek and Sam Feldt! #6 – Arrive Early and Get Home Safely – It’s construction season and there are a number of road closures along Stampede Trail — including a full closure of the 14th Avenue S.E. intersection. Check real-time construction updates through the Culture + Entertainment District’s online map.
*We highly recommend arriving early and taking the train – the BMO Centre is located along Calgary Transit’s LRT Red Line, get off at the Victoria Park/Stampede Station and it’s a short stroll to the Beerfest through the main entrance on the NW corner of the BMO Centre.
We have also partnered with Keys Please who will get you and your vehicle home. Successful missions always include not drinking and driving.
