Former Chopped Canada contestant excited to be a presenting Chef at The Calgary International Beer Festival’s “Cooking with Beer” Seminar presented by Culinaire Magazine.
Paul McGreevy, the executive chef at Craft Beer Market, and former contestant on Food Canada’s Chopped Canada will be one of a handful of presenters at the Calgary international Beer Festival’s “Cooking with Beer” Seminars presented by Culinaire Magazine.
The Calgary native, and SAIT Polytechnic graduate brings his 16 years of industry experience and creativity to the Calgary International Beer Festival seminar series. McGreevy will show his audience fun ways to think about beer while creating in the kitchen.
People have been cooking with wine for ages, and the idea behind the “Cooking with Beer” Seminars presented by Culinaire Magazine is to turn the age-old practice on its head, and get everyone cooking with beer!
