Your Mission – Calgary Beerfest

Your Beerfest mission, should you choose to accept it, is to have the best time ever at Canada’s largest Beer Festival! 

To achieve this goal, you must review the following 5 important mission objectives to make the most of your experience at the BMO Centre at Stampede Park on April 3 & 4, 2024. Oh and good news, this message won’t self-destruct after you read it… probably.

#1 – GETTING INTO BEERFEST

Every good team leader needs to know where they are going…these maps will get you there!

a) Stampede Map

It’s construction season and there are a limited number of parking lots available on Beerfest weekend including #s 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 14, 18, 20. We strongly suggest taking the C-Train or Uber/Taxi.

b) Beerfest Map

There are more entrances into Beerfest this year! Everyone enters through the main entrance on the NW corner of the BMO Centre and then goes into one of the following lines:

•    VIP – both ticket packages and ticket holders enter through the Palomino Room (Get there early, VIPs access the hall first!)
•    GA Package Holders enter through Hall D
•    GA ticket holders enter through Hall E (this includes people with pre-purchased tokens not part of a package)

#2 – PLAN YOUR TARGET

What do you and your team hope to accomplish on your mission? In addition to the 200+ breweries, distilleries, cideries, meaderies and RTD (ready-to-drink beverages) you can sample at the festival, you’ll also be able to taste delicious food from over 40 fantastic local pubs, restaurants, and eateries. Yummy is spelled B-E-E-R-F-E-S-T!

#3 – UNLOCK YOUR VIP EXPERIENCE

We’ve made several moves to make the VIP Beerfest experience even better. We have moved the VIP lounge inside the Palomino Room which includes added VIP washroom capacity. VIP attendees will also be able to utilize an improved VIP entrance for faster, easier entry. Lastly, the Cooking with Beer and Let’s Meet For A Beer Seminars are inside the VIP lounge and available only to VIPs – enhancing your exclusive Beerfest experience.

#4 – AFTER PARTY AFTER THE PARTY? YES PLEASE!

You asked, and we heard you! We’ve brewed up an After Party experience that promises to keep the fun going well into the night. Get ready to immerse yourself in the ultimate experience of top-notch beverages from Cold Garden Beverage Co and ByHendo the Cocktail Co, electrifying vibes, and of course, the most exceptional DJs including White Light, Felix Cartal, and Glass Petals! #5 – RISE BY LIFTING OTHERS

You’re supporting a great cause just by being at the festival. This year, we’ll once again be supporting Kids Up Front, AAFS and Kid Sport– by coming out to the event, you’ll be helping make great things happen for these amazing organizations. ABF has donated tickets to help with fundraising for over 70 Alberta charities and has helped raise over $300,000 for our charities of choice.
