Nov. 7 is Calgary Wing Fest, and ABF will be there!

Wings and beer. The two go together like cake and ice cream. Like cookies and milk, or peanut butter and chocolate. It’s one of those iconic edible combinations where if you have one,  you instinctively reach for the other. In no uncertain terms, wings and beer were made for each other. It’s a complex relationship, and the two have been dating for years.

While the relationship between Alberta Beer Festivals and Wingsnbeer.com hasn’t been around quite as long, the partnership is just as impactful. Which is why we’re very excited to be participating in the first Calgary WingFest organized by Wingsnbeer.com. Calgary Wingfest will be held on Nov. 7 at the Westin Hotel starting at 4:20pm, and will pit 10 of Calgary’s best Wing joints against each other in a no-holds-barred competition. Celebrity judges will determine the city’s best wings!

As for the beer, Tool Shed Brewing Co. will be pouring at the event all night long, keeping patrons, competitors, and judges from getting thirsty.

Alberta Beer Festivals will be at Calgary WingFest talking all things Banff Craft Beer Festival, you can visit with the ABF team all day long!
